Oral Syringe

IMPORTANT!
Follow instructions correctly.

Safe-T-Dose Instructions:

  1. Remove the child-resistant cap from the bottle.
  2. Trim excess tube length. (Tube should be about one inch longer than the bottle).
  3. Insert the correct Adapter, screw the cap back on the bottle to seat the Adapter.
  4. Keep the Oral Syringe with the bottle ready for use.

Always seal the bottle with the original top.
Refrigerate if necessary.

 Dispensing Medicine with Safe-T-Dose:
  1. Remove cap from the bottle.
  2. With the bottle standing upright, insert the Oral Syringe into the Adapter.
  3. Pull plunger on the Oral Syringe to draw-up the correct dosage.
  4. Place the Oral Syringe into the child's mouth and slowly depress the plunger.
  5. Replace the cap and refrigerate if necessary.

Always store medicines out of the reach of children, and consult with your doctor or pharmacist if necessary. Discard Adapter with empty bottle.
